Popis: The study aimed to determine the causal coupling between electrical brain activity, heart rate, hemodynamic signals, and blood supply in ~0,1 Hz frequency range during movement imagination. The relationships between the signals were found using Directed Transfer Function based on the Granger causality principle. The study yielded a comprehensive scheme of reciprocal interactions, which was compared with the scheme obtained for the real movement. The persistent feedback loop between heart rate and blood pressure was identified.
