Popis: In the m o d e r n m e c h a n i z e d g l a s s i n d u s t r y the e f f e c t i v e n e s s of the t e c h n i c a l p r o c e s s e s and the b e h a v i o r of the p r o d u c t s in s e r v i c e l a r g e l y depend on the c h e m i c a l h o m o g e n e i t y of the m o l t e n g l a s s and on its c o n s i s ten t c o m p o s i t i o n and p r o p e r t i e s . The l a t t e r , in tu rn , a r e d e t e r m i n e d not only by the qua l i ty of the r aw m a t e r i a l s and the p e r f e c t i o n of the t e chno logy u s e d for b a t c h p r e p a r a t i o n , bu t a l s o b y the d e g r e e of h o m o g e n i z a t i o n of the m e l t d u r i n g g l a s s m e l t i n g , which is connec t ed wi th the exchange cond i t ions in the tanks of the f u r n a c e s .
