Derivative Theory and Prevention Study of Secondary Accidents

Popis: The frequent occurrence of secondary accidents, resulting in significant loss of social and economic assets, makes the secondary accident a current hot topic. This article analyzes and summarizes China's major secondary traffic accidents in recent years. First, according to a classic case of the second accidents, the simple definition of the second accident is made, a detailed analysis of its characteristics is described, and its significant social, economic and personnel hazards are articulated. Then, from the two aspects of subjective and objective causes, a systematic, multi-angle analysis and research on second accidents is performed. Mainly from the four perspectives of people, vehicles, roads, and environment, the secondary incidents' derivative theory is analyzed. The article focuses on the subjective side from different levels, different roles and different scenes to analyze the causes of secondary accidents. Finally, the secondary accidents' prevention and control depend on preventive efforts of improving awareness, the improvement of the scientific planning of road transport facilities, the establishment of early warning mechanisms, fast processing and rescue mechanisms for the formation. This conclusion for the secondary prevention of accidents has important practical significance.
