Factors Determining the Growth of Technology Start-ups in Kenya

Popis:	This paper examined the factors determining the growth of tech start-ups in Kenya. The study employed descriptive research design. The population of the study comprised of tech start-ups incubated at the University of Nairobi, Nailab and iHub. The findings of the study revealed that most tech start-ups are faced with stiff competition and unavailability of markets for their products and services which hinder their growth. Poor managerial skills, inadequate funds for expansion and government policies were also found to be the major determinants of the growth of tech start-ups in Kenya.
