This research can be configured as a theoretical, because the present study attempts to describe the characteristics of the phenomena studied, thus establishing relationships between different concepts covered. This article aims to identify the contributions that the PDCA cycle can bring in the implementation stage of strategic planning. For this, we raised the theoretical framework on the subject, which was possible to identify the stages that are of strategic planning: strategic diagnosis; document creation with: elaboration of statement of values, mission, vision, critical success factors, internal analysis and external development of strategies and implementation plans; implementation and controls, and the phases and features of the PDCA cycle: plan, execute, check and act correctively. It was observed that the implementation phase of the strategy is considered by the authors as the most difficult of planning, because it requires an adequate physical structure, strong leadership in business, communication process course, directly affects the company's culture and needs and accompaniments continuous controls. It was evident that the PDCA cycle can contribute to the implementation stage of planning, especially with regard to: procedures that facilitate strategy execution, encouraging continuous improvement, information systems support, monitoring the implementation of the strategy need to deployment strategies and actions between levels of the organization. |
