Imagery training is currently an emerging training method as an auxiliary routine training exercises, it is mainly depends on psychological training and is more suitable for difficulty& beauty events, such as gymnastics, aerobics, martial arts. Imagery Training is easy to operate and does not require any special requirements, only a relatively quiet environment and body relatively relaxed time.
