Popis: It is important to make a proper planning in order to ensure a healthy traffic flow. Especially in city centers where traffic density is high, a critical plan is important. From this point of view, while a zoning plan is being made in the zoned areas, a study was carried out to pay attention to which parameters while creating the connection network on the land where the zoning islands are placed. Within the scope of the study, the criteria in the traffic vehicle regulation are only to place lights, signs, etc. along the road route. it was determined that the intersection geometry was simply applied to the terrain upon measuring the horizontal distance. Along with the formation of the roundabouts with these road connections in the zoned areas, apart from the criteria such as the width of the road and the radius of the intersection, a proposal has been made on how the intersections should be placed at these points as a result of their correlation with the criteria such as precedent, height, commercial, and housing at these points during the processing of the intersections. . These propositions were made with a mathematical model as a logical proposition. Explained with examples.
