Popis: The following project aims to analyze the impedance trend on a growth/death curve of cells, bacterial or viruses in the cultures. The device is adaptable to different aspects:–allows the measurement of biological substances such as cells, bacteria or viruses;–through an appropriate connector it is possible to use an electrode that adapts itself to the type of Petri used;–the applicable voltage on the unknown impedance culture, can be selected among four values, in order to choose the most appropriate amplitude. The measurement system uses the mathematical model of DFT (Discrete Fourier Transform) to obtain the unknown impedance. The device has a consumption of 90 mA, and allows observing impedances with an accuracy of ±10 Ohm.
