The subject of the graduate qualification work is âImproving the organization of the procurement activities of the enterpriseâ. During the research, the following tasks were solved: give an organizational and legal description of the enterprise; conduct a competitive analysis of the enterprise;evaluate the economic condition of the enterprise; to analyze the availability of production components and goods of the enterprise; to analyze the effectiveness of the procurement activities of the enterprise;propose measures to improve the procurement activities of the enterprise. The work was carried out in the Limited Liability Company "Polymerprom". In the course of the work, the organization of the procurement activities of POLIMERPROM LLC was characterized. A comprehensive assessment of the enterprise's activities was carried out, including an analysis of the organizational and legal status, a competitive analysis of the macro and microenvironment, and the economic condition of a commercial enterprise. The result of the work was the development of a supplier evaluation system for Polymerprom LLC. |
