Popis: | 36th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition; 866-873 Perovskite solar cells have gained intense interest in photovoltaic (PV) community due to their high efficiency and ease of fabrication. However, because of the complex behavior of the perovskite material, the process of measuring the performance perovskite devices are more complicated than that of other cell technologies. Therefore, the methodology of measuring I-V and spectral responsivity (SR) need to be investigated in order to obtain accurate result. Herein, the preconditioning effect of perovskite in I-V measurement, device hysteresis and the spectral mismatch factor (MMF) have been explored. The preliminary analysis of the measurement uncertainty (MU) has also been studied. The results of this work can provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of testing standards of perovskite PV devices further. |
