Popis:	Based on the analysis of gradation scheme of motor vehicles situational background near a protected object of a critical infrastructure, the process of data collecting and filling the database and knowledgebase of the protected object main server as well as the procedure of violators’ identification and collecting data on them is considered in the paper. After that, the structure of the control algorithm is described. The algorithm defines the application of information technology for the use of motor vehicles databases to prevent the terrorist emergencies.
