Popis: | This research proposes innovative service design for Social Internet of Vehicle (SIoV). First of all, this research based on the human-centered design thinking to introduce agent-based mechanism to create the service model. Then, this research proposes the integration of the Artificial Intelligent and Internet of Things (AIoT) for data collection, analysis, and service strategies design. In addition to use the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to converge the results of innovative service design, this research also uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to implement the pilot evaluation the design results. This research contributes to the integration of services and technology applications and provide innovative and secure service experiences to future users of SIoV. |
