Crystal growth of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8 by the top-seeded solution-growth method

Popis: Single crystals of Bi 2 Sr 2 CaCu 2 O 8 have been grown by the top-seeded solution-growth (TSSG) method with Bi 2.4 Sr 1.5 Ca 1.0 Cu 1.8 O x as the solvent. Crystals of approximately 10 φ × 6 mm in size and about 4 g weight were obtained. The susceptibility of crystals grown by the TSSG method has been measured.
