| Popis: | There should be no place for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), or, indeed, any other agency of government in the nation’s boardrooms. This constitutes an intrusion, even, a trespass of authority. Certainly, this should not occur unless and until there is evidence of a crime taking place. Otherwise, there is prior oversight, anathema to the free society. Thus, we respectfully distance ourselves from the finding of the court in United States v. Textron. |
