Popis: | The article describes the manufacture and testing of a new type of semiconductor laser working at low temperatures (12–100 K) in the wavelength range 3200–3300 cm-1. This kind of laser can be tuned in the modal range up to 6 cm-1 and is characterized by a narrow spectral line width (about 7 MHz). |
