Popis: The spin and parity of the 7.026-MeV level in $^{17}\mathrm{F}$ has been determined to be $\frac{5\ensuremath{-}}{2}$ on the basis of excitation-function measurements of $^{16}\mathrm{O}(\stackrel{\ensuremath{\rightarrow}}{p},p)^{16}\mathrm{O}$. The $\frac{5\ensuremath{-}}{2}$ assignment to the 3.854-MeV level was also confirmed.[NUCLEAR REACTIONS $^{16}\mathrm{O}(\stackrel{\ensuremath{\rightarrow}}{p},p)$, $E=3.470,6.833$ MeV measured $\ensuremath{\sigma}(\ensuremath{\theta})$, $P(\ensuremath{\theta})$.
