Popis: | This paper presents the circumferential distribution of film thickness and the relation between film flow rate and film thickness in an inclined upward annular flow. In this experiment, film thickness was measured by the needle contact method, and axial film flow rate was calculated assuming Karman's universal velocity profile. As a result, it was clarified that the circumferential distribution of film thickness is affected by gravity, the effects of pipe inclination on the distribution can be seen clearly at the top and bottom of the tube, an increase in inclination makes the distribution uniform, the effect of pipe inclination on the relation between film flow rate and film thickness increases as film flow rate increases, and film thickness increases with the inclination in the case of constant interfacial shear force and film flow rate. |
