Popis: Free electrons and ions dominate the ionosphere. The ionosphere region could be defined from 80 to 1000 km. The largest free electrons and ions are concentrated approximately in the altitude 350 km for Iraq and Romania regions. The ionosphere has many characteristics like troposphere. The screening of the charges takes place in the troposphere. As a consequence, the ionosphere also suffers from discharging. In this work, it has been investigated that ionosphere is like the troposphere and they suffer from screening the charge and producing high voltage. The equations were used in this work, were derived for these purposes. The free electrons in the ionosphere made him a real perfect conductor cover the Earth. This conductor has variable conductivity extends from the equatorial region to the poles and has variable permittivity and permeability. As a consequence, this medium in the ionosphere will control the propagation of electromagnetic waves.
