Popis:	Finnish startup Arctic Biomaterials uses biodegradable long glass fibers to produce high performance biocomposites for use as a sustainable alternative to conventional LFTs for demanding engineering applications. Coperion has supplied Arctic Biomaterials with a complete turnkey system for the purpose (covering everything from unreeling roving and conveying materials to bagging), using their own components together with others supplied by a partner. Since the system was commissioned in mid-2016, pilot production has been running with the desired high flexibility and efficiency.
