Popis: | In the article the changes of markers of endogenous intoxication in rats with liver toxicity on the background of merkazolil galactosamine-induced hypothyroidism, and investigated changes in the activity of lysosomal enzymes. It is concluded that under the experimental galactosamined hepatitis against the background of hypothyroidism is inhibition of lysosomal enzymes, which are characterized by changes in indicators of acid phosphatase and cathepsin D in liver homogenate and enhance markers of endogenous intoxication such as erythrocytic index of intoxication. |
