Popis: | The results of research of articular surfaces of distal femoral epiphyses in rabbits that had different types of plasty of articular cartilage defects using Raman spectroscopy method is presented. The component analysis of sample surfaces has been made using spectra deconvolution by spectral contour selection. The efficiency of the method of substitution of hyaline cartilage full-layer defects by the combination of platelet-rich plasma and demineralized bone-plastic material is shown. It has been established that Raman spectroscopy can be used for estimation of surfaces of new-formed tissues after chondroplasty. |
