Popis:	Denosumab, a monoclonal antibody against RANKL has superior efficacy against bone metastases. Its in vivo activity can be measured recently by dosing of serum C telopeptide, produced by collagen destruction by the osteoclast. We report the first patient series, across several tumor types of the efficacy of denosumab in normalising serum CTX.
