Popis:	Changes in the rhizosphere microflora of potatoes inoculated with isolates of Pseudomonas putida and Trichoderma sp. were studied in selected experiments in the potato- and beet-growing regions. During initial phases of their growth increased numbers of bacteria, a significantly increased occurrence of fluorescent pseudomonas but decreased numbers of fungal germs including representatives of the genus Fusarium were detected. Later, when the number of pseudomonas in the rhizosphere decreased, an increased occurrence of Rhizoctonia solani was found (...)
