Popis:	A case of a giant pseudoaneurysm of the external pudendal artery in a fifty-three-year old man with homocystinuria is presented and discussed. As this case study demonstrates, patients with homocystinuria are prone to develop pseudonaneurysms following minor trauma to diseased vessels. Prolonged clinical follow-up of homocystinuria patients is recommended to avoid potential serious complications associated with pseudoaneurysms.
