Popis: | This article describes the Powernet Profiling System developed to optmise powernet design when integrating innovative microhybrid functions into conventional vehicle architectures. The method consists of the generation of input data through a modular database and the computerised objective analysis of the output data. The content of the database is particularly important to accurate simulation. It contains the relevant parameters of all components, all relevant vehicle properties and a wide variety of current series vehicle powernet topologies. Traditional input data such as road profiles, can also be generated and used for standard test cycles or for real life data. An innovative method for testing validity is described which involves two powernets identical except for the inclusion in one of the device under test. Critical parameters affecting voltage quality are identified by a comparison of the measurement data. A computerised analysis method for the fully automated scanning and classifying of measurement data has been developed. The results from this can be correlated with psychological sense perception pattern findings. |
