Popis: | Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (WMSD) are increasing exponentially in the past few years in manufacturing industries. It has detrimental effects on overall working of organization; results in health related issues and absenteeism. So, it is imperative to organize ergonomics intervention programs on periodical basis to suppress the problems encountered. In this paper, barriers affecting smooth conduction and implementation of such type of programs have been listed out through extensive literature review available till date. Fuzzy-Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (Fuzzy-DEMATEL) has been applied to categorize the barriers in to cause and effect categories. |
