The study was conducted in the village of Pakraman Belega, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency for five months. The subjects of this study included individuals from the Pakraman Belega Village government apparatus, the Pakraman Belega village community, and tourists visiting the Pakraman Belega village. Research members incorporated the Village Chief Pakraman Belega, the town mechanical assembly, and the Village Consultative Body.
