Popis: | Elaborating the expert system mentioned in the title requires the generation of expressions which describe the work of a crane (loading capacity, horizontal and vertical ranges). In this paper a non-standard use of a CAS (computer algebra system) does this task. Advantages of this approach, especially the fast determination of function fitting to given set of points and instant function drawing, makes a CAS (such as DERIVE) very helpful to a knowledge engineer as well as to a manager working at the building plot. |
