Popis: Convenient methods are described for the preparation of pentafluorophenylphosphonous dichloride and bispentafluorophenylphosphinous chloride. Primary amines react with these phosphorus chlorides to give relatively stable phosphonous diamides and phosphinous amides. The compounds C6F5·P(NHR)2 and (C6F5)2P·NHR(R = Me, CH2Ph, or But), C6F5·P(NMe2)2, (C6F5)2P·NMe2, and C6F5·PCl·NMe2 have been prepared. Pyrolysis of the diamide C6F5·P(NH·CH2Ph)2 gives a cyclodiphosphazane, and hydrolysis of the diamide C6F5·P(NHBut)2 yields the acid ButNH·P(OH)2.
