Popis:	Report on prenatal sonographic diagnosis of an isolated, unilateral anophthalmia. In the 27th week of gestation, unilateral anophthalmia without associated malformations was demonstrated in a fetus with male karyotype. The boy was delivered at 39 weeks' gestation. Post partum evaluation confirmed prenatal diagnosis. The child is developing normally to date.
