Popis: | A very detailed experimental conduction band structure of the layered compound GaSe has been obtained by k-resolved inverse photoemission in all symmetry directions of the Brillouin zone. Several states are found for energies up to 9 eV above the Fermi level. The energy position of these states depends on the intensity of the incident electron current (charging effect). In the limit of the lowest currents, the experimentally obtained band structure fits the luminescence results well. |
