Popis: SURMMARY The analytical results concerning the identifications of four different chromatographic profiles of Sambucus nigra based on HPLC analysis of the anthocyanins present in the berries are described. That information can be used to select the best plants for anthocyanin pigments production and also to determine the best harvest time.
