Popis:	A bifid sternum (BS) is a rare congenital anomaly generally diagnosed as asymptomatic at birth and surgically corrected during the first month of life. It is extremely rare for a patient with BS to be diagnosed later in life. We present a rare case of a patient with atypical chest pain for 20 years
