Popis:	Obesity is becoming more common, even among young people. This contributes to a rise in a variety of health issues. Even young people must pay attention to their health by examining their body fat composition. The study will look at the correlation between BMI and percentage of body fat and visceral fat in nursing students at Universitas Advent Indonesia. The research had been done quantitatively, using survey analysis and a cross-sectional approach method. Purposive sample techniques are used in this study with students from faculty of Nursing Sciences, Universitas Advent Indonesia. A total of 160 participants took part in the study, with 127 women and 33 men.
