Popis: | The aim of this paper is to resolve analytically the non-linear rate equations describing the time evolution of carriers in Al/6T/ITO photovoltaic cell when the device is excited by a Dirac impulse. This resolution is based on a recent Volterra series algebraic approach using non-commutative generating power series. We present the analytic temporal expressions of the charge carrier densities in the bulk and that of the photocurrent across the device until the second order. Then, we give the first- and the second-order impulse response which fully characterize the device considered as a non-linear system. Finally, we compare successfully the analytical transient photocurrent with the experience result. |
