Influence of the character of electron reflection from a surface on the electric properties of a cylindrical particle

Popis:	The cross section for the absorption of electromagnetic radiation in a cylindrical metallic particle is calculated. Specular-diffuse reflection of electrons from the inner surface of the particle is taken as the boundary condition for the problem. Limiting cases are studied, and the results obtained are discussed.
