Popis: Aiming at the problem of high recoil kinetic energy caused by launching long-range guided projectiles, the main effect and Pareto of barrel diameter, projectile mass, initial velocity and charge on recoil kinetic energy are studied based on Latin hypercube test design under certain bore pressure conditions, which provides reference for the evaluation and control of high recoil kinetic energy brought by new ammunition. At the same time, in order to solve the difficulty of free recoil high kinetic energy buffer braking, four mathematical models and technical schemes of recoil buffer braking are introduced and designed, and the buffer characteristics are compared and analyzed. Based on the analysis of reducing the buffer force and the length of recoil motion, a free recoil test bench scheme for the combination of blocking cables and recoil buffer devices is also proposed. The recoil braking force is planned based on NCGA intelligent optimization algorithm. The results show that the combined buffer braking principle is feasible and the buffer effect is good.
