Popis: | 36th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition; 1926-1930 This paper presents the development steps for a living-lab as sociotechnical imaginary that will contribute to the uptake of novel solar technologies in the 2Seas region. Within the Interreg 2Seas project Solarise, the realization of living labs at the locations of the three academic partners of the consortium is envisaged. One of these living-labs will be located at KU Leuven, Technology campus Ghent. Various types of stakeholders have been analyzed in order to assess which types of solar technology innovations and other social, economic, environmental aspects may be of interest for the stakeholders and can be considered for both theoretical and practical realizations, in order to come up with a flexible laboratory infrastructure. The results of a review about novel and promising technologies for harvesting, storage and controlling/monitoring the energy flow in solar installations (prepared for publication) have been combined with the stakeholders analysis to come up with a flexible lab structure to support the educational needs of all the envisaged stakeholders. The lab was planned to be completed by the end July 2019. Some unexpected delays have advanced the finalization date of the living-lab to the end of 2019, while the first educational activities are expected to take place in Jan-Feb. 2020. |
