Single-beam Realization Method Based on 1-bit Reconfigurable Reflectarray

Popis: In this paper, a novel single-beam design method based on 1-bit reconfigurable reflectarray is presented. Two units with a phase difference of 180° are designed here, and arrange these two units according to a new rule. Calculate the compensation phase of the required main beam, encode the compensation phase to get the encoded matrix. According to the matrix, the PIN tube of the metal radiation unit at each position of the reflection array is controlled on and off, reconfigurable beam. The ideal single beam can be obtained without increasing the cost, and the antenna performance is optimized.
