OSK Digital Circuit Design for a 14-bit 2.5 GSPS RF-DDS

Popis: The direct digital frequency synthesizing technology is one of the main area for frequency synthesizing technology. This paper proposed an output shift keying (OSK) digital circuit design for a 14-bit 2.5GSPS RF-DDS, which can support two modes: manual OSK and automatic OSK. Simulation verification and test results both show the OSK circuit design can support amplitude modulation.
