Popis: | This study aims to identify the most athletic common injuries among a sample of 125 swimmers from the college of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the Hashemite University. The results of the study indicate that the most common injuries among swimmers are the injuries of muscle tension in the areas of the leg and wrist. However, the neck and elbow areas are less vulnerable to injury among swimmers. The researchers recommend that swimmers should focus on the importance of good warming-up before swimming training in addition to taking into account the factors of safety inside and around the swimming pool. |
