Popis: A spectrometric stand for measuring the energy resolution of unpackaged single-channel silicon planar detectors has been developed and manufactured. The developed spectrometric stand makes it possible to reject detectors with unsatisfactory spectrometric characteristics at an early stage of manufacturing the detecting modules. Also, a technique has been developed for studying the spectrometric characteristics of unpackaged silicon detectors intended for the manufacture of detecting modules for ionizing radiation for various purposes.
