Popis:	The biology of trophoblast cell development can be investigated using in vitro model systems. The Rcho-1 trophoblast stem cell line was derived from a rat choriocarcinoma and is an effective tool for elucidating regulatory mechanisms controlling trophoblast cell differentiation. In this chapter, we describe methods used in the maintenance and manipulation of the Rcho-1 trophoblast cell line.
