| Popis: | Glucagon-like immunoreactivity (GLI) extracted from human small intestine can be separated on a Bio Gel P-10 column into two fractions. The first fraction appears in a molecular weight region of more than 6000 and the second fraction elutes in a molecular weight zone of about 3500. These data are similar to those found for dog GLI. |
