Popis: | We are publishing recent results in chalcogenide photoelectric convertors fabrication, which are efforts of many scientific teams from Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. Competitively high efficiency of photoelectric convertors (11.4% for CdTe and 11% for CIGS) was achieved in the process of our work. Furthermore, luminescent filters for improvement of spectral response of such chalcogenide solar cells in a short wavelengths region were also developed and investigated here. |
