Popis: | Nonlinear excitations in a one-dimensional Heisenberg ferromagnet are studied by a quasidiscreteness approach. The result is valid in the whole Brillourin zone of continuum magnon spectrum. We show that the system can support gap solitons at and resonant kinks at , where is the wave number of the carrier wave and is the lattice spacing. |
