Investigated and presented to the changes in the performance of the institutions of the blood service of the Astrakhan region for 2018-2020 on the harvesting of blood and its components with respect to the execution of the planned state of the task and within the framework of restrictive measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19,that led to the decrease in the volume of the preparation and issuing of blood and blood components in 2020 compared to the previous 2018-2019.
