The purpose of the graduate qualification work is to analysis and assessment of the competitiveness of the company Burger King and the development of measures to improve it. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved:- studied the theoretical foundations of competitiveness at theenterprise;- the characteristics of Russia's place in the international fast foodmarket are given and the large companies of this sector are considered;- the analysis of the financial and economic activities and the financial condition of the investigated enterprise was carried out;- the analysis and assessment of the competitiveness of the enterpriseis carried out; .- recommendations for improving competitiveness have beendeveloped. The object of study in the work is the company Burger King. The subject of the study is competitiveness of the enterprise arisingas a result of its functioning in the market. The practical significance of the work consists in the possibility ofusing the measures developed by the author of the study to improve the competitiveness of the company in foreign markets. When performing the work, normative legal acts, textbooks,reference publications, scientific articles were used as a theoretical basis. The accounting and reporting data of Burger Rus are taken as an information base. In the graduate qualification work, the following methods ofscientific research were used: analysis, synthesis, formalization, as well astechniques for analyzing the financial condition. |
