Popis: | A visual sensing system is designed to observe the dynamic behavior of a fusion hole from the back of a workpiece. A clear image of the fusion hole is obtained. By analyzing the gray feature of the fusion hole image, the corresponding image processing algorithm is designed, the edge of the fusion hole is obtained, and its geometric size is measured. In the early stage of fusion hole formation, the fusion hole undergoes excessive growth in the direction of length. After stable perforation, the length and width of the fusion hole fluctuate stably in a certain range. Meanwhile, the influence of heat input on the behavior of the fusion hole is explored. The larger the heat input is, the earlier the fusion hole appears and the larger the fusion hole size is, whereas the opposite is true for the ratio of fusion hole length to width. The analysis of the mechanism of action provides basic knowledge for the exploration of the complex physical process of fusion holes. |
