The topic of the final qualifying work is "Social adaptation of migrants in modern Germany". This work is devoted to the study of the adaptation processes of migrants in Germany, their essence, structure and problems. Also, the final qualification examines the migration policy of the state, its history, processes and current situation. Tasks that were solved during the writing of the qualification work: 1. To determine the essence, goals, structure, factors of social adaptation; 2. To investigate the essence of the migration policy of Germany in the field of social adaptation of immigrants on the basis of German legislation; 3. Analyze the problems of social adaptation, propose ways to solve them, as well as develop ways to improve migration policy in the field of social adaptation of migrants. Statistical data and reports of the German Federal Statistical Office, Eurostat, and the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees were used in writing the work. The results of the work led to the conclusion that social adaptation is not an easy process both for the settlers themselves and for the German government. The field of adaptation and integration of migrants into German society is still an urgent and very acute issue for the German authorities, as well as a frequently discussed topic among sociologists, causing controversy. |
